These items are sourced directly from farms and specialty producers, giving chefs access to distinctive ingredients that are often difficult to procure at scale.

Suppliers list products at an all-in delivered price, providing clear, transparent purchasing for Sysco customers while allowing producers to maintain control over fulfillment and shipping directly to the end buyer. Orders flow seamlessly into suppliers’ existing Local Line accounts, where inventory, pricing, and order management continue to be handled within the workflows they already use today.
