What types of CSAs does Local Line support?
Local Line works with every CSA model. You can offer traditional fixed shares, customizable boxes, seasonal programs, or year-round subscriptions. The platform adapts to your farm, not the other way around.
Will Local Line help me communicate with my CSA members?
Yes. You can send updates, reminders, and newsletters directly through Local Line. Your members always know what is in their box and when to expect it.
In what countries is Local Line available?
Local Line is available in the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and select other European countries. Currently our platform is available in English, French, Spanish, and Slovenian but we will be adding more languages in the future. If you'd like to use Local Line and are located outside of our service areas, please join our waitlist and we will notify you when Local Line becomes available in your country!
Does Local Line work for farms that sell both CSA and retail?
Yes! Price lists allow you to sell to multiple sales channels using one inventory. Using our Price List feature you can control the products, packaging, pricing, payment methods, fulfillment times, and more for each customer segment. Depending on your Local Line plan, you may have one or multiple price lists. You can purchase additional price lists for $30/month.
Can I migrate my existing CSA members into Local Line?
Moving your current CSA members into Local Line is simple. You can import your entire customer list, including contact information, subscription details, and payment preferences, directly into the platform. This means your members will not need to start over or re-sign up, which saves you time and keeps the process easy for your customers.

Once your members are imported, they can log in and immediately manage their subscriptions. They will have access to helpful features like box customization, automatic reminders, and flexible payment options. Our team is always available to guide you through the setup process so your transition is smooth and your CSA program continues without interruption.

You can set up payments the way that works best for your CSA. Choose from upfront, installment, or recurring payment options. All transactions are tracked in one place for a smooth experience.
