GFS Endless Aisle is Gordon Food Service's digital marketplace where chefs and foodservice operators browse and purchase products beyond the standard GFS catalog. Unlike traditional distributor programs, Endless Aisle is an open platform — available to any chef or operator, not just existing GFS customers. That means broader exposure and more potential buyers for your products.
Gordon Food Service is America's largest family-owned broadline food distributor. Their Endless Aisle program puts local food at the center — not as an edge case, but as a core part of what chefs come looking for.
Unlike more selective marketplace programs, GFS Endless Aisle is open to products across every category, from fresh produce to frozen goods to value-added foods. If you grow it, raise it, or make it, there's room for it here.

There are no category restrictions beyond alcohol, which is not permitted. All applications are reviewed by the Local Line team before listing.

This program is open to all US-based farms and food producers, across every product category. Unlike some distributor marketplace programs, there are no category restrictions — fresh, frozen, shelf-stable, value-added, and specialty products are all welcome. Alcohol is not permitted. All applications are reviewed by Local Line before listing.
No — GFS Endless Aisle is an open marketplace. Any chef or foodservice operator can browse and purchase through the platform, regardless of whether they're an existing GFS customer. This gives your products broader exposure than programs restricted to a distributor's existing customer base.
No — you don't need an existing Local Line account to apply. If approved, you'll join Local Line on a Base plan (no upgrade required). Our team will walk you through the setup process from start to finish.
After submitting your interest form, our team follows up within 1–2 business days. Product applications are reviewed in approximately one week. From there, approved products go live on GFS Endless Aisle in approximately five weeks — making the total timeline around six weeks from application to live listing.
All GFS Endless Aisle orders are fulfilled through ShipExec, which is the required shipping platform for this program. You'll need to create a ShipExec account to print labels and book shipments. Local Line's team will help you get set up during onboarding — it's part of the setup process we walk you through.
You ship directly to the chef or foodservice operator — GFS's warehouse is not involved. Products are listed at an all-in delivered price (FOB pricing), meaning shipping costs are included in the item price you set. Orders, invoices, and payments flow centrally through GFS.
Our team works directly with you to configure your product listings, pricing, and photos, as well as your shipping details, packaging specifications, and required business documents such as food safety certificates and insurance. We also help you get set up with ShipExec. You're not on your own.
You'll receive payment via ACH directly from Local Line on net-60 terms. Payment is predictable and streamlined — no chasing invoices or dealing with individual buyers on payment.
